Paul Sunseri is a host of The Fin Factor. Born and raised is San Jose, he has been a Sharks fan since they first entered the NHL and firmly believes hockey to be the greatest of all major sports. He plays in a local adult recreational league where he serves as captain. Paul continues to live in San Jose with his wife and two children.

Aaron Sholl
Co-Host

Aaron is one of the hosts of The Fin Factor and an avid Sharks fan since they were formed. He grew up in San Jose and played soccer his whole life but loves to watch the boys in teal. Aaron and Paul have been friends since kindergarten and began making videos with his brother Jason in high school for Spanish class. He lives in San Jose with his wife and two children while working in the tax accounting world during the day.

Jason Sholl
Executive Producer/Director

Jason Sholl is the creative visionary behind The Fin Factor, where he blends hockey analysis with humor and pop culture to engage Sharks fans. As an award-winning producer and director with 17 Telly Awards, Jason has amassed over 365 million video views across digital media projects. He co-founded The Fin Factor and Black and Azul, creating unique sports content for both the San Jose Sharks and San Jose Earthquakes. Previously, Jason drove significant revenue growth at WeVideo and led marketing transformations at educational institutions in Silicon Valley. He also worked in Hollywood, managing multi-million dollar TV productions and pioneering early YouTube monetization strategies. Jason founded Sholl Media Group LLC, a Certified LGBT Business Enterprise, and holds an Executive MBA from Santa Clara University. His passion for merging technology and entertainment continues to shape engaging media experiences.
